Standard delivery orders placed before 12pm on a weekday will be processed that day. Standard delivery orders placed after 12pm will be processed the next working day. UK Standard orders are delivered by Royal Mail and will require a signature. Delivery takes between 2-3* working days, excluding bank holidays.
Next Working Day Delivery
Next Working Day orders placed on Monday-Thursday before 12pm will be processed that day, and will be delivered the following day. Any orders placed on Monday-Thursday after 12pm will be processed the next working day and will be delivered the following working day. If you place an order before 12pm on Friday the order will be delivered the following week on the Monday, if you place an order after 12pm on a Friday, the order will be processed the following week on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
Orders placed for Saturday delivery before 12pm on Friday will be processed that day, any orders after 12pm on a Friday will be delivered the following Saturday. Orders for Saturday delivery are delivered by DPD and require a signature. DPD do not deliver to business addresses.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with instructions for tracking your parcel.
Orders to the EU will be sent via Royal Mail International Tracked, please allow 5-8 working days*
*Shipping times are to be used as a guide only, Arkell & Wills cannot take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance.
Duties and Taxes
Deliveries outside of the UK may be subject to additional duties and taxes. Any applicable Duties & Taxes on deliveries must be settled by the recipient. Please check with your local customs and duties office for more information on these charges. Please note international customs duties, shipping costs and sales taxes are non-refundable.
We want you to be happy with your Arkell & Wills cashmere. However, if for any reason you are not please return the item unworn with labels attached, in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery along with your proof of purchase and we will exchange or give you a refund.
We do not cover the postage cost of returns and please ensure that you obtain a proof of postage receipt from your Post Office in the unlikely event we do not receive your parcel.

Offers & Discounts
When returning items on which you have received a discount or offer, that will no longer apply if you fall below the discount or offer threshold and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
It is important when returning items to keep your receipt with your tracking number from the Post Office, there is no charge for this it is simply your proof of posting in the unlikely event that your parcel does not arrive with us. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
